Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group seeks a Store Manager to oversee a Panda Express store, lead a team, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role includes a leadership training path that prepares you for future General Manager responsibilities and ongoing development within the Panda network.

You will participate in a structured program with mentorship, training, and opportunities for growth across locations, supported by a strong benefits package and a culture

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety: Serve Safe certified.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a comprehensive leadership training program to prepare for GM-level responsibilities.
• Collaborate with the Panda community to support career development and store performance.
