Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food service or restaurant management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Drive store performance and ensure adherence to Panda standards.
• Participate in leadership development and GM certification pathway.
