Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a Panda Express location. You will oversee all store operations, hire and guide staff, and drive guest satisfaction while pursuing financial goals.

The role includes a structured leadership training program and a path toward General Manager. We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including meals during shifts, medical/dental coverage, a 401K with company match, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Requires ability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in leadership development and GM career path; complete training and certifications.
