Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express location, including hiring, directing associates, and achieving financial and guest-experience goals.

External hires enter our General Manager development path with a structured training program and ongoing evaluations. A GM certification track follows to enable promotion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule opening and closing shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring and directing of associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Participate in Panda's leadership development path to prepare for a General Manager role.
• Lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and store performance.
