Panda Restaurant Group, an industry leader, is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the operation of a single Panda Express location. You will hire, coach, and direct associates to achieve financial goals while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

This external hire path includes 12+ weeks of leadership training and a GM certification course (GO100). Upon successful graduation, you will be eligible for promotion to General Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily store operations and guest service to meet financial goals.
• Hire, train and supervise store associates toward achieving performance targets and exceptional guest experiences.
