Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the operation of a Panda Express store within the local area. You will hire, lead and develop associates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences, while progressing through our GM development pathway.

12+ weeks of leadership training are provided, with ongoing coaching, certifications (GO100), and opportunities for promotion to GM. Competitive compensation and a broad benefits package accompany the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Open to a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification required for Food Safety.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in General Manager development path and training.
• Lead store leadership training and complete required evaluations and GM certification.
