Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in California. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, supervising and directing staff to meet financial targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This role starts with 12+ weeks of leadership training as part of our GM development path, culminating in potential promotion to General Manager upon successful completion of programs and evaluations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within 50 miles from home.
• Ability to open and close shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Serve Safe certified or willing to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
