Job summary

Panda Express is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the operation of a single restaurant, hire and direct a team, drive sales and guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards across all shifts. This role requires flexibility to work opening and closing shifts, weekends, holidays, and to relocate within 50 miles from your home.

You will participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program, with opportunities for mentorship and career development within a supportive Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and develop the store team while ensuring adherence to Panda Express standards and policies.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
