Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda store. You will hire, coach, and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

A minimum 8+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success. Candidates should be flexible to relocate within 50 miles, available for open/close shifts, weekends, and holidays, and possess a Serve Safe certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Hire, manage and direct store associates to achieve targets.
• Participate in the 8+ weeks store leadership training program to prepare for success.
