Job summary

Panda Express is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single location, hire, manage and direct team members to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for daily operations and driving performance.

We offer an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program, mentorship, and support from a Panda community focused on your growth and success. Flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays is required; relocation within 50 miles may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store on a daily basis.
• Hire, train and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality service and adherence to brand standards.
• Lead and participate in the 8+ week Store Leadership Training program.
