Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily store operations, hire and supervise staff, and drive financial and guest satisfaction goals. You will oversee training and development and ensure adherence to food safety standards.

You will participate in an 8+ week leadership training program designed to prepare you for success within our Panda community, with a flexible schedule that may include opening and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a single Panda Express store and manage associates to meet financial goals and guest experience.
• Hire, train, and direct staff; ensure compliance and store presentation.
• Lead and participate in leadership training and development programs (8+ weeks).
• Coordinate scheduling and shift coverage to meet business needs.
