Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week Store Leadership Training Program and ongoing mentorship from our Panda community to support your success. This role requires flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays,

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Must be flexible to open/close shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
