Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences and drive store performance.
• Participate in leadership training and apply learned skills to daily operations.
