Panda Express is seeking experienced store leadership to join our management team in Salem, VA. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week leadership training program, ongoing career development, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Provide and participate in the 8+ weeks leadership training program and ongoing development to prepare for advancement.
