Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be responsible for operating a single store, including hiring and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

It's up to you to make your store a success. We provide an 8+ weeks of store leadership training and mentorship from the Panda community to support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Prepare and lead the store to success, with leadership training provided.
