Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Leesburg, VA. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct staff, and drive financial and guest experience goals.

A formal leadership training program will prepare you for success, with mentorship and ongoing support from our Panda community. We value flexibility for a dynamic schedule, Serve Safe certification, and a readiness to relocate within 50 miles of home if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide 8+ weeks of store leadership training program and ongoing mentorship.
