Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Richmond, VA. You will be responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and provide exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Availability for a flexible schedule including openings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification required for food safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to hit financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
