Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and guide associates to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be able to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop team members and ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
