Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. It's up to you to make your store a success.

We will provide 8 or more weeks of store leadership training to prepare you for success, along with mentorship and support from our Panda community that cares about your growth and success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to hit financial goals and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop team to provide an exceptional guest experience and align with brand standards.
• Participate in an eight-plus week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
