You will participate in an extensive leadership training track, with opportunities for advancement within a growing national brand known for its family-focused culture and guest-centric service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage, and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Lead 8+ weeks of store leadership training program provided by Panda.
