Qualifications

• High school diploma required for eligibility.
• Willingness to relocate up to 50 miles from home to a store.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store; hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Participate in leadership development path with training and progression toward General Manager role.
