Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store and manage staff.
• Hire, train and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure scheduling covers opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Participate in an 8 or more weeks leadership training program.
