Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking experienced Store Managers to lead a single Panda store, drive financial performance, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will hire, coach, and direct team members, and ensure smooth daily operations.

We offer an 8+ week Store Management Leadership Training program and support from our Panda community. Candidates must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles and work openings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store. This includes hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Management Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
