Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Falls Church, VA. You will be responsible for the daily operation of a single store, including hiring, coaching, and directing associates to meet financial goals while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success, plus mentorship and support from a Panda community focused on your development and success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and lead associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in Panda’s 8+ weeks Store Leadership Training program and apply learnings on the floor.
