Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store in the Richmond, VA area. You will hire, coach, and direct associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week leadership training program and mentorship through our Panda community to support your professional growth. Strong leadership and safety standards are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilidades

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership and training to store team through an 8+ week leadership training program.
