• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, training, and supervising associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure the store operates smoothly to make it a success.
• Lead and participate in ongoing leadership training and development programs.
