Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single location, drive financial performance, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will oversee hiring, training, and daily operations while participating in a comprehensive leadership training program designed to prepare you for success within our Panda community.

We offer paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and strong internal support to help you grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings and closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide 8+ weeks of store leadership training and ongoing mentorship from the Panda community.
