Job summary

Panda Express, a leader in the quick-service restaurant industry, seeks a Store Manager to lead a single location with the goal of delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving financial performance. You will hire, coach, and direct team members while executing company standards and taking part in leadership development.

We provide an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program and ongoing mentorship to help you grow within a supportive Panda community that values family and guest

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, ensuring financial targets and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, coach, and direct associates to execute company standards and deliver exceptional service.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ weeks store leadership training program.
