The role includes an 8+ week Store Leadership Training Program to prepare you for success and for advancing within Panda Restaurant Group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates.
• Drive financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
