Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single location and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee hiring, coaching, scheduling, and daily operations, with an emphasis on food safety and team development.

The role includes an 8+ week Store Leadership Training Program to prepare you for success and for advancing within Panda Restaurant Group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilités

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates.
