Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays.

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• External hires begin as Store Managers as part of the General Manager development path, with leadership training and career progression toward GM.
