Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single Panda store, drive financial goals, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will hire, train, and direct team members within Panda's culture and guidelines.

The role includes a structured leadership training path of 12+ weeks, with progression toward General Manager after successful evaluations and GM certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience standards.
• External hires begin their leadership journey as Store Managers as part of the General Manager development path.
• Complete 12+ weeks of store leadership training and GM certification (GO100) to be eligible for promotion to GM.
