Job summary

Panda Express is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the operation of a single store in Maryland. You will hire, manage and direct associates to reach financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences. A leadership training program of 8 or more weeks is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
