Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare for success.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain store performance.
