Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and lead hiring, coaching, and directing of associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure successful store performance through effective staff management and customer service excellence.
