Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location, responsible for hiring, coaching, costs, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will complete an 8+ week leadership training program and have opportunities for advancement within the organization, with a comprehensive benefits package supporting employees' health and financial security.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct of associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain store success.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
