Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, hire and supervise associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and store performance.
• Lead and direct store team to ensure performance during openings and closings.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
