Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified or equivalent food safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store to meet financial goals.
• Hire, coach, and manage store associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead a formal store leadership training program and participate in mentorship.
