Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location. You will hire and supervise staff, drive sales, manage operations, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes completing an 8+ week leadership training program and opportunities for advancement within the company. You’ll participate in comprehensive benefits and a supportive Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership and support to staff through training and development.
• Ensure store meets company standards and delivers consistent results.
