Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. We offer paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our Panda community that cares about your success.

You will be in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Training of 8+ weeks will prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
