Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single location and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee hiring, coaching, and supervising associates to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to food safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide eight or more weeks of store leadership training consolidation and mentorship to new store managers.
• Lead operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
