Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience targets.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
