Panda Express is seeking a Store Manager to oversee a single location, drive guest satisfaction, and achieve financial goals. You will hire, train, and supervise associates and ensure excellent service while participating in an 8+ week leadership training program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius of home.
• Available to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and reach 36 inches.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, train, and supervise associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience standards.
