Job summary

Panda Express in Frisco, TX is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, coaching, and directing associates to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store; hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Support store performance and ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
