Job summary

Panda Express in Texas is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. We provide paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our Panda community that cares about your success.

You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and lead associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. An 8+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Food safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
