Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations, hiring, supervising and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare you for success.
• Uphold Panda standards and drive the team to deliver quality service and safe, clean operations.
