Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Des Plaines, IL. You will oversee a single store's operations, including hiring, supervising associates, achieving financial goals, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training and mentorship, with support from our Panda community that cares about your success. This is a full-time role with growth opportunities in a nationwide family of restaurants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
