Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Maryland.

As a Store Manager you will oversee a single store, hire and coach staff, and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Training program included.

We provide an eight-week leadership training program and ongoing development to help you grow within our family of associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and lead associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience standards.
• Lead hiring, training, and daily supervision to ensure store performance.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Management Leadership Training program.
