Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Maryland. You will oversee a single Panda Express and lead teammates to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an eight-week leadership training program, mentorship, and ongoing support from a supportive Panda community to help you grow professionally. Required: high school diploma, ability to relocate within 50 miles, flexible schedule, and Serve Safe

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and drive store success.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to store team members.
