Join an eight-week leadership training program with mentorship and strong support from a values-driven Panda community. Flexibility in schedule and willingness to relocate within 50 miles are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within a 50-mile radius of home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, supervise and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure execution of training and development through the eight+ week leadership program.
