Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a Panda store, drive guest satisfaction, and achieve financial goals. You will hire, coach and direct a team, ensuring safe, efficient operations and excellent guest experiences.

The role includes a 12+ week leadership training program and a pathway to General Manager through the GO100 certification, plus a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• ADA statement: accommodation provisions available during application and interview process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Receive training through the 12+ week leadership program and progress toward GM certification (GO100).
• Drive continuous improvement in store performance and guest experience through leadership and coaching.
